Recertification requirements for doctors on a provisional general scope
If you are on a provisional general scope you are not required to participate in a recertification programme. Instead, you must practice under the supervision of another doctor approved by Council.
This includes interns working in a Council-accredited training programme in PGY1 and PGY2 as well as other international medical graduates (IMGs) working on a provisional general scope.
For more information, please see our page on working under supervision.
