Refund of your application fee

You are eligible for a 50 percent refund of the certificate fee if your medical income (including any tax) in New Zealand or overseas is NZ$20,000 or less.

Apply for this refund at the end of your financial year by completing our 'Low Income Declaration' form. You will also need to provide us with a certified statement of earnings from Inland Revenue .
